Hasta Mañana Cantina Launches Brand-New Weekend Brunch Service

Hasta Mañana Cantina, recent addition to Downtown San Diego's gastronomy landscape, has announced the launch of weekend brunch service. Just in time for Labor Day Weekend and the NFL and NCAA football seasons, guests can enjoy brunch offerings on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. beginning this Saturday, August 31st. 

Executive Chef Kevin Templeton, known for his twelve years of experience with the successful and beloved barleymash and standing as CHOPPED Champion, has created a menu with the help of his team sure to start the day off right: 

  • Chilaquiles Rojo: guacamole, pickled onion, chipotle sour cream, cotija, fried eggs $15; add rojo beef, amarillo pork or verde chicken $5
  • Machaca Burrito:  slow braised rojo beef, scrambled eggs, salsa fresca, mixed cheese, breakfast potatoes.  $16
  • Steak & Eggs :  6oz prime sirloin steak, breakfast potatoes, fried eggs, ancho hollandaise, jalapeno-jack biscuit.   $22
  • The Gringo Plate: thick cut bacon, fried eggs, breakfast potatoes, jalapeno-jack biscuit. $18
  • Concha French Toast: pan dulce, creme anglaise, strawberries, mango, house made vanilla syrup.   $16
  • Mini buttermilk pancakes: canela whipped cream, strawberries, creme anglaise,  whipped butter, house made vanilla syrup. $15

  • Pasionista $15: Tequila, lime, orgeat, passionfruit
  • Hugo Spritz $14: Elderflower, mint, bubbly, soda
  • Cinna-Bliss $15: Vanilla bean infused tequila, cold brew, cinnamon simple, house made cinnamon whip
  • Bloody Mary/Maria $14: House bloody/clamato mix, Veggie infused vodka and tequila
  • Mimosa available with cranberry, OJ, pineapple, tropical tea, passionfruit, or ginger
  •  3 varieties of Micheladas $10
  • Classic - bloody mix, clamato, lime
  • Passionfruit - cilantro, jalapeño, passionfruit, agave, lime
  • Del Mar- aguachile brine, clamato, salsa maggi, lime
