Get ready for one of San Diego's most anticipated culinary events! San Diego Restaurant Week returns from Sunday, September 22nd to Sunday, September 29th, offering an 8-day feast across the city’s top dining spots. 

For San Diego Restaurant Week, Glass Box in Del Mar will be offering a two-course lunch for $25, where all choices come with a side of two shrimp gyoza and a four-piece California roll. Start your meal with a choice between the Japanese Pumpkin Salad or the Corn Potage. For the second course, select from a variety of dishes, including the Chirashi Bowl with eight pieces of chef’s choice sashimi over rice, Beef Bulgogi (with an option to substitute Australian Wagyu for an additional $10), Pork or Chicken Katsu, Chicken Teriyaki, or Veggie Tempura.

Glass Box will also offer a three-course dinner for $50. First course includes a Sushi Charcuterie Board, the Chirashi Bowl, or a Vegetarian Roll with gobo tofu skin, cucumber, avocado, and yellow radish. The second course includes either the Japanese Pumpkin Salad or the Corn Potage. For the third course, choose from Crispy Salmon, Butter Shoyu Chicken, Japanese Beef Curry, or Teriyaki Tofu. Finish the meal with a dessert selection from the chef. Enhance your experience with a wine pairing for an additional $20 or a cocktail pairing for $30. Glass Box will also offer a four-course dinner for $65 and will include all courses mentioned above in addition to the fourth course which includes Pork Belly, NY Steak Tataki, or Crispy Shrimp.

URBANA Mexican Gastronomy & Mixology in Del Mar will offer a two-course lunch meal priced at $16. Start with either the Elote, featuring Mexican street corn with spicy aioli, Cotija, and Chile con Limón, or Avocado Toast topped with spicy aioli, Cotija, and pickled Fresnos. For the second course, choose between two tacos from options like Al Pastor, Cauliflower, Arrachera Steak, Chicken Mole, or Carnitas, or indulge in Urbana Nachos with your choice of Chicken, Al Pastor, or Cauliflower.

For dinner, priced at $40, begin with the same delicious first course options as lunch. For the second course, savor Lobster Enchiladas with creamy salsa verde, crema, crispy bacon, and micro cilantro, or the Ribeye & Papas with julienne fries seasoned with garlic, cilantro, Cotija, and served with Chef’s steak sauce. End your meal with a sweet treat: Churros with a decadent chocolate tequila sauce or Strawberry Flan with a dusting of pistachio.

At George's at the Cove, perched on the iconic cliffs of La Jolla, every meal comes with a side of stunning ocean views and California sunshine. With three levels of open-air seating, each offering a unique ambiance, guests can savor coastal cuisine featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. This year, dive into the creative and indulgent Vegetarian Foie Gras Mousse—a luxurious blend of candied cashews, pickled green strawberries, aged balsamic, strawberry jam, and freshly baked focaccia. This dish redefines plant-based dining with flavors so bold and rich, you won’t even miss the meat!

In the heart of University Heights, RustiCucina transports diners to a rustic Italian villa, where every meal is a love letter to farm-to-table cooking. Priced at $36 per person, the three course menu features items like calamari, arancini di pasta, norma paccheri, and cacio e pepe bucatini. The legendary Cheese Wheel Pasta is available at a small additional cost—a culinary spectacle where pasta is spun in a massive 36-month-aged Parmesan wheel, creates a creamy, cheesy masterpiece right before your eyes. Complement this feast with a glass of house wine and you have a meal that’s both a feast for the senses and a celebration of Sicilian tradition.

North Park’s The Original 40 Brewing Company offers a three-course prix fix meal for $36. Starters include a choice of House-Cut Steak Fries with a trio of dipping sauces, Cheese Plate with Eiffel Tower Bree, or Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad. Entrées feature a choice of Baby Back Adobe Ribs, Braised Short Rib Pasta, Bahn Mi Turkey Burger, or Pesto & Potato Flatbread. The dessert is Chocolate Chip Dough Wontons with chocolate chip ice cream.
